General Notes
Depending on the season, a deposit of from one night’s lodging to 50% of the total bill may be requested. If you wish to cancel all or part of your reservation, we require two week’s notice during holiday periods and one week’s notice at all other times, to refund a deposit. In the event of early departure prior to your scheduled check-out date, you are still responsible for your entire reservation and will be charged.

If insufficient notice is given, the deposit will not be returned unless the room is rented again. There will be a handling charge of $10.00 deducted from returned deposits.

All rates are based on double occupancy plus 9% Vermont room and meals tax and include classic country breakfast. Midweek rates are from Sunday thru Thursday and do not include Foliage Season or Holidays. Additional adult, $30; children over 5 years, $15 and children under 5 are free.
