Deposit & Cancellation
Depending on the season, a deposit of from one night's lodging to 50% of the total bill may be requested. If you wish to cancel all or part of your reservation, we require two week's notice during holiday periods and one week's notice at all other times, to refund a deposit. In the event of early departure prior to your scheduled check-out date, you are still responsible for your entire reservation and will be charged. If insufficient notice is given, the deposit will not be returned unless the room is rented again. There will be a handling charge of $20.00 deducted from returned deposits.
Minimum Night Stay Requirements
A 2 night minimum is required on weekends and during holiday periods.
10% AAA or AARP discounts will be applied upon your arrival and presentation of your member card. Discounts do NOT apply for holiday periods and foliage season, Sept 22 - Oct 27, 2012.
