Every stay includes breakfast on Friday to Tuesday mornings (there is no breakfast on Wednesday & Thursday mornings).
Fireplace Suites have a 2-night minimum stay on weekends year-round. Starting with Fall Foliage, ALL rooms have a 2-night minimum stay on weekends. Shorter stays (ex: 1-night stay on weekends) may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Please call to inquire: (802) 775-7181
Guests must be 18+ to reserve a room. All children under 18 years of age must be staying with an adult.
Our cancellation policy is 14 days notice. If cancelled within 14 days, refunds will depend on our ability to re-rent the room. A 10% fee will be withheld from any refunded deposits.
All pricing is subject to a 10% tax and 10% service charge. All pricing is subject to change.
