$300 deposit required for weekly rentals upon reservation.

Reservations not meeting the minimum night stay are charged at the $200/nt rate for 2026.

The Bell House
TWO BEDROOM COTTAGE | Sleeps 6. Available by the week in the main season, 6/14-8/31 This two-story cottage w/ bath with shower, a large family room with a sofa and a modern kitchen.

$500 deposit required for weekly rentals upon reservation.
REQUIRED CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Saturday to Saturday.
Resrevations not meeting the minimun night stay will be charged at the nightly rate of $325/nt in 2026.

Highview House
TWO BEDROOM UNIT | Each room has one Queen Bed. Sleeps 4 -6. Available by the week in the main season, 6/14-8/31. Bathroom with tub, full kitchen and large sitting area with a beautiful view of the lake. Unit is on the 2nd floor and is fully air-conditioned. There is an electric chair lift for those with mobililty issues
$25 per stay fee for each occupant over 4ppl.

Jammies Cottage
THREE BEDROOM COTTAGE | Available by the week only in main season of 6/14-8/31. Master bedroom with a king bed on the first floor with private bathroom, two rooms upstairs, one room with a queen & full beds, the 3rd bedroom with queen & full beds, and a bathroom on the 2nd floor, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, large living room, deck with unobstructed lake views.

$900 deposit required for weekly rentals upon reservation.

Maximum occupancy per cottage; Cozy Cottage - 2 people, Bell House - 6 people, Highview House - 4 people (extra fee pp - max 6 ppl), Jammies Cottage - 6 people.
8 week cancellation policy prior to reservation, full refunds issued if cottage is rebooked.
Children welcome! No pets or visiting pets permitted on the property.

Two night minimum for the Bed and Breakfast, 3 night minimum for holidays. All cottages are a 3 night minimum until June 14th. June 14-Labor Day, weekly rentals only on all cottages.
