ONE KING BED | Sleeps 2. Large private bathroom that is supplied with a two person Jacuzzi tub, two-person vanity, and shower. Although it is not located on the lakeside the lake can be seen from the rooms East-side window. Located on the 2nd floor.

Room #6 : Penthouse

ONE QUEEN BED | Spacious room, sleeps 2. Private bath with shower. 2nd floor room. Private with the highest view of beautiful Cayuga Lake. Located on the 3rd floor with mini fridge & Keurig.

Highview House

TWO BEDROOM UNIT | Each room has one Queen Bed. Sleeps 4 -6. Available by the week in the main season, 6/14-8/31. Bathroom with tub, full kitchen and large sitting area with a beautiful view of the lake. Unit is on the 2nd floor and is fully air-conditioned. There is an electric chair lift for those with mobililty issues
$25 per stay fee for each occupant over 4ppl.

$500 deposit required for weekly rentals upon reservation.
REQUIRED CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Sunday to Sunday.
Reservations not meeting the minimum night stay are charged the nightly rate of $325/nt in 2026.

Occupancy limits: 6 guests. Rates based on 4 guests.

For the B&B:
Occupancy per room is a maximum of 2 people
Young adults 16 and over are welcome.
2 week cancellation policy; less than 2 weeks prior to reservation, full refund issued if the room is rebooked.
No pets or visiting pets permitted on the property.
Smoking permitted outside.

For the Cottages:
Maximum occupancy per cottage; Cozy Cottage - 2 people, Bell House - 6 people, Highview House - 4 people (extra fee pp - max 6 ppl), Jammies Cottage - 6 people.
8 week cancellation policy prior to reservation, full refunds issued if cottage is rebooked.
Children welcome! No pets or visiting pets permitted on the property.
Smoking permitted outside.
Open fires are not permitted.

July Notes
Three night minimum stay for the Bed and Breakfast. All cottages are rented by week only through Labor Day.
