Reservations require a deposit. Cancellation policies vary for time of year. Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits for summer weekly rentals are non-refundable. Prices for special events may be higher and require a minumum number of days. Prepayment is usually required and non-refundable. All units are non-smoking. Special events require payment in full and refund only is unit is rented for the same reservation, minus a cancellation fee. Holidays require 30 day notice and subject to cancellation fee. Any large group reservations are the same as special events. Summer rental deposits are non-refundable. All other reservations require 7 days notice for cancellation. No pets are allowed in the units or on the premise. Holidays may require a minimum stay of 3 days. All units are priced on occupancy for each unit type. All additional persons, regardless of age, are additional charge. As a courtesy to registered guests, we must limit the number of extra guests using the facilites. If you will be having guests visiting you while staying here, please register at the office.There is a charge for extra guests.

All rooms rent weekly only, running from Saturday to Saturday.
