Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

• Upon securing a reservation, there will be one night’s deposit applied to your credit card. For stays longer than two nights, a 50% deposit will be applied. Remaining balances will be processed upon checking in. Accepted forms of payment: Cash, MC, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Traveler’s Checks. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks. • Our Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival dates will result in a refund of your deposit, minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of your reservation will result in a forfeit of your deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival, No-shows, or checking out before the last day of your reservation will result in full room charge for the initial reserved length of stay. • Charges are subject to a 7% state lodging tax. • A two or three night minimum may be required, depending on holiday, season, current specials, or specific room choice. • Seasonal discounts for 2010 (July 6th thru Sept 12th): 1 night - full room rate 2 nights¬ - 20% off room rate 3 or more nights – 30% off room rate • Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets, however, we can recommend a kennel in the area. • Smoking is not allowed in the main house or Boathouse Cottage. • Use of the refrigerator and microwave in the guest kitchen is permitted but use of the stove or oven is prohibited.
