Reservation Policies
The Mt. Washington B & B is smoke free environment. Sorry no pets allowed at this time. Check in time is from 4 - 9pm (if you will be arriving later than 9pm just let Mary Ann know), check out is by 11am.
Normally we have a 2-night minimum during the summer and Foliage Season (9/24 - 10/25) - except for Columbus Weekend when we have a 3-night minimum.
We have a 3-night minimum over the Labor Day, Columbus Day (October), New Year's, and President's Weekends.
Rates show are base rates and do not reflect package or special offer rates.
50% deposit required at time of reservation. If you need to cancel a refund of your deposit minus a $25 processing fee will be made with 14 days notice, or more, prior to your date of arrival. If notice is given within the 14 days a refund will be made, minus the $25, only if I am able to re-rent the room/s; otherwise the deposit is forfeit. Your deposit is applied to your entire stay - if you change plans after you arrive you will lose the deposit for the remaining days of your stay. If you do not show your credit card will be charged the balance of your reservation.
Rates do not include 9% NH room and meal tax or any applicable additional person fees.
Covid-19 Policies
Regarding Covid 19: We are following CDC and State of NH lodging guidelines. We require guests to be fully vaccinated and boosted - if you are not vaccinated please visit us either when you are or when they are no longer needed. Masks are required unless you are in your room. We ask that you be aware, not only of your family members and other guests but also of my Dad & I. I will be wiping down high traffic areas with disinfectant throughout the day. Guest rooms will not be tidied during the duration of your stay, but I will deliver fresh towels if your stay is longer than 3 days upon request and will leave them outside your door.
I am making every effort to make sure our inn and your room are, disinfected and virus-free.
We are required by the state of NH to ask you these questions upon your arrival:
1. Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath or sore throat?
2. Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?
3. Have you had changes in your sense of taste or smell?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, we ask that you please do not put other guests and us at risk and would appreciate it if you come back another day and your deposit will be returned minus a $25 administrative fee. Obviously if you experience any of these prior to arrival please call me to either cancel or reschedule your stay.
We ask that you be aware, not only of your family members, other guests, our community but also of us.
Due to the covid-19 cleaning guidelines early check-in is not available at this time.
Privacy info: We do not share any of your data with anyone. Your information is deleted after your reservation is complete. If you are not comfortable sharing your address or credit card do not put the information in and I will get it from you via the phone.
