Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies
A deposit in the amount of a one night stay (3 night deposit for stays 7 nights or longer) is required for all reservations; the balance of your room is due at check-in. Your deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made 14 days in advance of the check-in date, less a $25 administrative fee per room.
A credit card is required and will be held on file. To complete your reservation however, an invoice will be emailed for the deposit amount, along with the confirmation. Once you review the reservation, payment of the invoice will indicate that you agree with all the details. If the invoice is not paid by the due date, the credit card you provided will be used for the deposit.
Last minute cancellations greatly impact us. If you cancel within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date, you will be responsible for the full amount due regardless of the reason of cancellation including medical or family emergencies, inclement weather, or missed/cancelled flights.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cash and Travelers Checks for payment. We cannot accept personal checks as payment upon arrival.
