Full payment is required for a one night stay and a 50% deposit for all other stays. A 14-day notice is required for cancellation and refund of deposit. Any partial or full cancellations within the 14 days of arrival incur responsibility for the entire stay if the room(s) is not re-rented. Cancellation fee of $30.00
