Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

At the time of booking a one night or 50% deposit is charged. Cancellations must be received 14 days before check-in date for any refund. For cancellations received less than 14 days before check-in, refunds will be made only to the extent that we are able to re-rent the space with no loss to the inn. Early departures are treated as partial cancellations. All refunds are subject to a 10% service fee of held deposit. Group reservations are subject to a 30 day cancellation.
