Reservation Policies

THIS IS NOT A CONFIRMED RESERVATION. WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH AVAILABILITY INFORMATION AND CONFIRMATION SHORTLY.
YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED AT THIS TIME.


-Weight limit per sled or per dogsled-on-wheels is 350 lbs, and can fit 2 adults and 2 small children (children 9 and under). Ride time can be split between passengers if weight limit or number of persons exceeds these limits. An extra-large sled can be arranged to accommodate up to 390 lbs. Additional rates apply. Specifics will be arranged when booking a tour, please call us at 802-635-9070.
Winter Tour times - 10:00am, 1:00pm and 3:00pm.

Dogsledding-on-Wheels (Spring thru Fall) tour time - 10:00am.

- Ride times vary depending on the temperature and humidity

- DO NOT USE GPS for directions. Please see our directions and/or call us.

- Please arrive on time for tours, not earlier or later. Due to scheduling and chores we are often not available until the scheduled tour time. Thanks!

- Please bring eye protection (sunglasses work great!). We do have loaner goggles.

RESERVATION / CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservations are necessary. During busy holiday and vacation periods early booking is encouraged.
A credit card number is due upon booking a tour or lesson. IF TOUR IS NOT CANCELLED WITH MORE THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE A 50% CANCELLATION FEE OF THAT TOUR PRICE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.
We run tours in all types of weather! In the event of extreme weather we reserve the right to alter your tour for your comfort.
We accept all Major Credit Cards and Traveler's Checks.
5% discount offered for cash payments.

Winter tours scheduled at 10:00am, 1:00pm and 3:00pm. Summer Dogsledding-on-Wheels (Spring thru Fall): all tours available 10:00am - 12:00 noon. At 4:00pm, the only tour choice we offer is the Alpha tour. Earlier tour times may be available as scheduling permits.
