Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

Rates are seasonal and based on double occupancy with a two-night minimum stay. For each additional guest over double occupancy, add $20 per night. Summer rates apply to all holidays and special events. A 50% deposit is due at time of booking except for one night stays which will be charged in full at the time of reservation. Final payment is due upon arrival. Cancellations require 30 or more days notice prior to arrival and are subject to a $30 cancellation fee. Guests are responsible for full reservation unless booking can be resold.

If your reservation request creates a one night stay on the night before or after your reservation, we may have to change your room requested. You will be contacted should the case arise. We reserve the right to give an automatic upgrade on a one night stay if we need to accommodate another request.
