Reservation Policies

Cancellations must be received two weeks before check–in date for any refund. Cancellations received less than two weeks before check–in, refunds will be made only to the extent that we are able to re–rent the space with no loss to the Bed and Breakfast. Early departures are treated as partial cancellations. All refunds are subject to a 10% service fee of held deposit.
