Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies
CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS: You will be sent two emails. The first being a INQUIRY acknowledgement email. You will receive a CONFIRMATION email provided by BMGR after the initial inquiry email is sent. You should receive a confirmed reservation from BMGR within 12 hours via email. If you do not please call 435-335-7480 and request a confirmed reservation email. Thank you.
Check in time is 3pm
Check out time is 11am
Pets are $15 per pet (one time charge)
Rooms based upon double or triple occupancy. There is a $5/ per person per night charge for additional guests.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled stay 50% of your room rate will be charged to your credit card. If you cancel within 48 hours 100% of your room rate will be charged to your credit card.
