Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

DEPOSIT-- We require an advance deposit equal to one night's lodging. Deposits may be made by credit card or personal check. Deposits made by personal check must be received by us within 7 days.

CANCELLATION & REFUND-- A refund of your deposit, less a $25.00 processing fee, will be made if a cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If a last minute cancellation is necessary within 14 days of your scheduled arrival or if you do not cancel, and do not arrive on the scheduled date, or leave early, you will forfeit your deposit unless we are able to sell the room.

Please note: If cancellation become necessary, please remember to also cancel any Dinner Reservations you may have at local restaurants as there could be a charge for a "No Show" reservation.
