We will gladly refund your money if you cancel your reservation contract 15 days prior to your arrival, or if we are able to re-rent your room for the entire length of your reservation. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures. There is a $50.00 service charge per room on all cancellations.

Credit Cards are no longer charged when requesting a reservation using this form. I will be texting or emailing you an invoice or a quick payment link from "SQUARE PROCESSING" for your payment. Your reservation is not valid until invoice is paid in full.

Please note: There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, whether it be for reasons of family emergency, weather, or sickness, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance for emergencies.
