Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies
DEPOSITS: A deposit of 25% of the total booking is payable within 10 days. On receipt of a deposit, written verification of the booking will be forwarded. If the deposit is not paid within ten (10) days, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

BALANCE: The balance is due 40 days prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 40 days prior to arrival the full balance is within 48 hours of booking. Any booking within 7 days of arrival, full payment is required at time of booking. Failure to send the balance by the due date will result in cancellation of the booking.
AMENDMENTS: Amendments will only be accepted from the person whose name the booking is in. Booking confirmations will only be sent to the same person. All changes to the original booking once deposit has been received will attract a $25 amendment fee per change including GST, to cover cost of administering amendments.
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be advised by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). For Accommodation bookings only: If a cancellation is notified sixty (60) days or more prior to arrival, a refund of any deposit will be made, less a cancellation service fee of $50 per adult and $25 per child to cover fees imposed by the property booked. Cancellations less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival - All moneys paid are forfeited.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Black Pine Lodge strongly recommends travel insurance and WILL NOT be held responsible for costs, loss of deposits and payments made or other fees incurred due to cancellations resulting from unforeseen circumstances, medical conditions or changes to travel plans.
