Reservation Policies

GUEST AND RESERVATION POLICIES Please note that THE LODGE AT OBEXER'S may update and amend these Terms from time to time. If you have a question, or have a special circumstance not addressed here, please contact us for assistance. ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR ROOM RESERVATIONS We do not collect a deposit, however, advance payment for the total amount of your stay is required and will be charged to the credit card you made your reservation with after the cancellation period has expired. We do not accept cash, checks, or third-party payments. CANCELLATION POLICY Reservations must be cancelled 14 OR MORE days prior to the date of arrival. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made LESS THAN 14 days from the date of arrival, forfeit the full amount of the stay. We do not give refunds in the event of circumstances beyond our control, i.e., airline cancellation, inclement weather, natural disasters, illness or early departures. If you cancel according to our policy your credit card will not be charged. CHECK - IN The Lodge at Obexer's has self-check in. Information for retrieving your room key will be sent by email prior to your arrival. Guests will receive a text message from the Lodge on the day of arrival for ease of communication during your stay. Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. Check-out time is 10:00 A.M. PARKING Parking spaces for Lodge guests are clearly marked and are only for guests staying with us at the lodge. Do not leave food or other highly fragrant items in your vehicle in bear country. The Lodge at Obexer's does NOT have boat/trailer parking of any kind. QUIET HOURS In an effort to be considerate to all our guests, quiet hours are in effect between the hours of 9:00PM and 8:00AM. Please avoid loud conversations, and close doors and walk inside stairwell and along the porch quietly. If checking in late, please take extra care to enter your room quietly. Any guest violating this request or behaving in a disruptive manner, may be asked to leave without refund, at the discretion of management. Please, no running along the porch! It is disruptive to other guests, as well as potentially dangerous. HOUSEKEEPING The Lodge at Obexer's does not provide daily housekeeping service, your guest room is cleaned specially for you prior to your arrival. Should you have a request during your stay, we will respond promptly. We want your stay to be a pleasant one! SMOKING The Lodge at Obexer's is a Non-Smoking property. Smoking of any kind is expressly prohibited in all rooms, upstairs foyer, on or around the porch and common areas at The Lodge at Obexer's. This includes e cigarettes. If there is any evidence that smoking has occurred in any of our rooms, a $750 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file. PETS Pets are not allowed at The Lodge at Obexer's. Violation of this policy will result in a $300 fee. DAMAGES You are responsible for the condition of your room at checkā€“out. The cost for any items that are missing or damaged will be charged accordingly to your credit card. LIABILITY The Lodge at Obexer's is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property. Please take care to lock your room or vehicle when leaving it unattended.
