Reservation Policies
This is a reservation request. Your reservation is not confirmed until you hear from us. Thank you.
Payment: You will receive a return email from us to confirm your reservation. Your fee is indicated on your reservation. Fees are subject to Washington combined sales tax (currently 12.6%.)
Cancellations: If you cancel at least 21 days prior to your arrival date, there will be no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 20 and 14 days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee per night to cover administrative costs. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your arrival date you will be charged 50% of your fee. If the room can be rebooked, your cancellation fee will be reduced to a $25 per night to cover administrative costs. If we find that we will need to charge you 50% of your fee, we will hold that at amount in or files for you to use if you rebook within a year.
Children: If notified in advance, well behaved children 12 years and older are welcome. We have a special sleeping area for up to one child for an additional $50 per night per child. Please call us if looking to book a reservation with children: 425-877-1502 or 425-286-2240.
