Reservation Policies

Your tour is not confirmed until you have paid the PayPal invoice for:
• $100 Reservation Fee (non-refundable)
• $150 Deposit (applied to the total cost)
Your PayPal invoice includes:
• Your tour time
• A PDF with directions
• A copy of these policies

**Important** Tours will not be held or confirmed until the invoice is paid in full and the Credit Card Charges Agreement and the Liability Waivers are signed.

Liability Waivers
• Tours are limited to a maximum of 6 guests.
• All adults (18+) must electronically sign the Credit Card Charges Agreement and the Liability Waivers must be completed to confirm your tour.
• Visit the “Mandatory Waivers” tab on our website to complete them.
• Parents or legal guardians must sign waivers for minors under 18.
• All minors must be accompanied by a parent, relative, or legal guardian during the tour.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to your tour date in order to refund your $150 deposit.
• Send a copy of your reservation confirmation and a written cancellation request to
dogsledtour@yahoo.com
• No exceptions are made to this policy.
• If Arctic Paws cancels the tour, you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel within 10 days, you forfeit the $150 deposit.
• You must sign the waiver to confirm you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and making your payment via PayPal, you acknowledge that the $150 deposit is non-refundable.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows
• Arrive on time for your scheduled tour. Arriving late disrupts the experience for other guests, the huskies, and our staff.
• If you arrive late or do not show up, you forfeit your deposit.
• In addition, we will charge your credit card for the remaining balance of the tour. You agreed to this when you sign our tour Waiver.

Shawnee Hotel Guests

Please provide your Shawnee Hotel Confirmation Number for the Shawnee Guest Pricing at the time of your request. We cannot confirm without the confirmation # (thank you)

Waiver

Payment is via PayPal : We use PayPal Invoicing for the $100 no refund booking fee and to collect your $150 deposit. You must sign the tour waiver to agree to the policies and your credit card charges. You choose your form of payment. You do not need PayPal to make the payment. We send you a PayPal invoice via email from Arctic Paws Dog Sled Tours and E Walker. You are not confirmed until the invoice is paid. The invoice is your ticket/confirmation for the tour.

Cash Only Balance at the time of the tour
Your final payment is cash only at the time of the tour (see above and review your invoice)
We do not accept credit cards onsite for the tour.
Please prepare and come with your cash balance

Cancellations : Tours must be canceled 10 days before the tour date by sending a copy of your reservation email with your cancellation notification by email to dogsledtour@yahoo.com There are no exceptions to this policy. If we cancel the tours we refund in full.

If you do not cancel 10 days before the tour you forfeit the $150 deposit. The $100 booking fee is NEVER refunded. That is the cost for booking the reservation and confirming the tour. * Required

I confirm that the children in our group are older than 10 years old or older. This is a mandatory requirement. * Required
