Deposits: $750.00 deposit for weekly bookings or 1/2 for daily bookings.
The balance is due at the end of your vacation. We accept VISA/MC, Cash, Debit, Personal Cheques, but prefer etransfers. There will be a 3% handling fee on credit card transactions.

Cancellations: Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the space due to our remote location. For these reasons we uphold a strict cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or change your reservation we require a 30-day notice. No Exceptions*. Your deposit will then be refunded less a $50.00 administrative fee.
*Less than 30 day notice your deposit is nonrefundable unless we are able to rent the cottage. The deposit will then be returned less a $50.00 fee.

Stays during our high season, June 28th - August 31st, require a 7 night min. stay with a Saturday check-in and a Saturday check-out. We can not accept reservations during this time which do not meet that criteria.

Total shown in this reservation does NOT include the discounts for weekly rentals, OR the 4 and 5 day Specials running through the spring and fall. Discounts will be applied upon written confirmation.

We do not allow pets. We love them but apologize that we cannot accept them.
