A 3 consecutive night minimum stay is Required for Reservations. Exceptions will be made if only 2 nights are available & availability allows.

A 50 percent deposit is taken at time of booking. Deposits are refundable only if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival and both deposit and balance will include sales and bed tax.

If a cancellation is made 14 days or less in advance of your arrival date, you will be charged for the entire cost of the reserved night(s) unless we are able to re-book the room for all nights reserved. If the room is rebooked, your payments, less a $100 cancellation fee, will be refunded.

We understand that life (and weather!) isn't always predictable and that plans change. If you are concerned about losing money because of a canceled trip, interrupted trip, lost bags, delayed trip, or medical emergency, we recommend that you purchase a travel protection plan (trip insurance).
