Reservation Policies

Your deposit is non-refundable. You are responsible for the remaining balance of your reservation should you need to cancel less than 90 days prior to your arrival reservation date. All of our resort amenities are available exclusive to our registered guests. We do not share our amenities with other resorts, private rentals, hotel guests nor offer day access to the general public.

Please tell us the ages of the children. All people are counted for the cabin base rate. Children at age 8 or above vs age 7 or lower are charged at different rates.

Reservation Add-on Items

Dock Space for your own boat

Select if you plan to bring your own boat. If you plan to have more than 1 boat here, please tell us in the Comments/Requests box below. Rate Options: Upon advance request, 1 dock slip may be held for each cabin rental when requested now. Additional dock slips may be available at $50/reservation + tax.

Dock Slip for Marina Rental

Select if you plan to rent a boat from a Marina. Please note in the Comments/Requests box which Marina you have contracted and what dates the rental will be here.

Resort fishing boat /bringing own motor/ dock slip

Select if you would like to use a resort fishing boat, and would like to bring your own motor (15HP motor maximum). $100 rental fee. If you need more than one fishing boat please tell us in the Comments/Requests box below. Our boats cannot be used for towing, tubing nor skiing. Renter is responsible for attaching their own motor without altering or damaging the resort boat.

Light Rowing Boat

$100 rental fee. Motors are not allowed on the rowing boats.
