Cancellations made ten (10) days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund; except as stated below. After that, customers will be charged unless we are able to re-book the room.

Rooms reserved for or during Dartmouth Graduation and the months of June and October, must be cancelled sixty (60) days prior to arrival, in order to receive a full refund.
