This is a reservation REQUEST. This will not be a confirmed reservation until you a receive an email confirmation. We are only able to guarantee the room type requested and not the specific unit. If you have a specific unit request, please note this in the comments and we will do everything possible to honor your request. 

1. TWO-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED: PSU Blue/White Game Weekend, ALL PSU Fall Football Weekends, Graduation Weekend and PSU Parents' Weekend: All reservations are subject to a TWO-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY (Friday and Saturday nights). Rates are based on one or two persons. There is an additional $10.00 plus taxes per night charge for additional adults (maximum of 4 persons per room). Happy Volley Weekend: 3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday)

2. Reservations for the listed events MUST BE PRE-PAID IN FULL - the credit card provided WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY upon our acceptance of reservation request. Your acknowledgement of these policies constitutes permission to do so. 

3. All pre-paid event cancellations must be communicated to Nittany Budget Motel NO LATER than 30 days prior to arrival date and will be assessed a $100.00 cancellation fee. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded. Reservations cancelled thereafter are forfeit and the full deposit is non-refundable. 

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY (Reservations NOT requiring advance payment): Our standard cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to date of arrival. Reservations not cancelled 24 hours prior to date of arrival may be subject to a cancellation charge of the first night stay. Certain special events may have separate cancellation policies, as denoted on specific reservation request forms. To cancel a reservation, please call: 814-308-8212. 

NO SHOW POLICY: The credit card used to guarantee the reservation will be charged for the first night of stay at the reserved rate. If the reservation is for more than one night, the room will be released for the remainder of the nights reserved.
