-Check in is 4:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM. If there is a lapse in bookings call and you may check in early. This is a large home and takes a lot of time to fully clean.

-No open fires by law, because we are so close to the Black Hills National Forest.

-If you have any problems or need further assistance with our home please contact us right away and we will take care of it.

-This is a non smoking residence.

- There is a wood burning fireplace- there will be enough wood for a reasonable amount of enjoyment from the fireplace but for safety reasons, the wood is limited and you are responsible for damage.

-Payment is made upon reservation.
We require a $250.00 security deposit to be held on your credit card during your stay. This will be returned provided there are no excessive damages or cleaning.

We do not charge a service fee, we charge only cleaning fee $300.
No Pets, but please call as exceptions can be made under special conditions.

Cancellation up to two weeks before the rental date: 100% money back.
Cancellation within 72 hours of rental date: No money back.
