Reservation Policies

PAYMENT:
No payment is due at this time. After we receive your reservation request we will email you a final invoice with your deposit amount and additional payment information.

DEPOSITS:
Cabin Deposit $200 weekly stay /$100 short stay
RV Sites $100- weekly Stay/ $50 short stay
Balance is due upon arrival.
Guests are responsible for all days reserved.
Deposits are refunded if unit is re-rented and we are given 40 days notice

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Extra person $25/night, $125/week
Day visitors: $10 per person over cabin maximum
Pets $20/night -- $100/week
Boat lifts $15/day, $80/week

MINIMUM NIGHT STAYS:
We typically have a minimum night stay requirement of 3 nights on Cabin reservations. However we will consider reservations for less than 3 nights based on our current availability.
