Maximum Person Allowance/Additional Persons: Due to Fire & Insurance Regulations, we cannot exceed the maximum number of people allowed in each cottage. This number includes children of all ages.

Day Visitors: Due to various regulations, Day Visitors have to be registered at the Check-In Office. NO unauthorized persons are allowed on the premises, for security reasons.

​CHECK-IN: 3.00 PM. NO EARLIER & LATEST CHECK-IN IS 10 PM kindly advise us of any late Check-in's for arrival instructions.
CHECK OUT: 10.00 AM -NO LATER !! This allows us to clean, sanitize & prepare for our next guests

Deposit Information & Cancellation-
All reservations require a $250 deposit.

We do follow a very strict cancellation policy. A last-minute cancellation gives us very little chance of filling in the space. If a notice of cancellation is received 30+ days prior to the date of arrival you will receive a refund of your deposit, less a $50.00 administration fee. Deposit is non-refundable for weekends & long weekends or after June 1st, the same applies for July and August weekly rentals.

If a notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior your deposit will be lost.
A reservation is a firm contract and no allowances will be made for late arrival or early departure.

If you have booked a cottage and do not turn up you are still liable for all costs for the nights booked as the booking has not been cancelled.

FOR OUR WINTERIZED Cottage 3: To confirm a reservation of 3 to 6 nights a deposit equal to a night's stay is required at the time of booking. To confirm a reservation of 1 week or more a $250.00 deposit per week is required at the time of booking.
