Reservation Policies
To guarantee your reservation we require a 20% deposit.
Cancellations within 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit. For cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled reservation, you will be charged for one full night stay. Tax additional. Cannot be combined with other offers. Breakfast is not included but is available for purchase at the Lumberville General Store.
Black Bass Hotel is a non-smoking property. We do not allow pets of any kind in the main hotel building with the exception of service dogs.
