You must be 25 years of age to make a reservation. The nightly rates rates displayed in the Subtotal include your fees but do not include 12% sales and bed taxes. When you enter your payment information on the next screen, you will see your total amount due with tax.

We charge one night payment at reservation which comes off your balance due. Bookings at dog-friendly properties are charged an additional $50 pet fee+tax.

Cancellation windows are 6 weeks for monthly bookings and bookings with check in dates from Memorial Day to mid-August; 4 weeks for mid-March to mid-April, Labor Day, Thunder Beach and Florida Ironman; and 2 weeks the rest of the year, If you cancel within the window, we refund one night payment-less $25 processing fee. If you cancel with less notice, we don't refund one-night payment.
