Reservation Policies
A Minimum 2-Night Stay is Required. At the Innkeepers discretion, a one night stay may be allowed with an additional $80.00 fee.
Additional Guests in Silver Lake and Lotus Suites will be charged $40.00 per night per Guest (Max 2 additional guests per room)
A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be required upon booking. Cancellations will forfeit their deposit.
**Rosewood Landing is an Adult Focused Property. Children over the age of ten are welcome**
