Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies
Due to the small size of Pleasant View, cancellations affect the inn significantly. Once you have secured your reservation with a deposit, YOU ARE FULLY OBLIGATED FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY. To guarantee your reservation, full payment is required for all one (1) night stays. A 50% deposit is required for two (2) nights or more. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights’ reserved, regardless of their actual arrival or departure date. You may cancel at any time BEFORE 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival and your deposit will be refunded, minus a $30 processing fee. If you must cancel for ANY reason (this includes sickness, surgery, death, or weather) within those 7 days of your scheduled arrival, you will not be refunded your deposit and you will be charged the remaining balance of your entire amount of your stay, plus a $30 processing fee. Late arrivals and early departures are considered cancellations and you are fully obligated for the payment of your entire stay.
It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you purchase travel insurance. That way, if an emergency of any kind were to occur, you would have additional recourse for cancelling your stay and potentially obtaining a refund.
