By filling out this reservation form you give Cascade Escapes authorization to charge your credit card as a deposit of 50% or one night stay. No charges to your card until your confirmation is signed and returned via text. There are no refunds if the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date. Our properties are not party houses. We have historic elite, upscale properties in an historic town in the mountains.

Both Ramona cottage and Zeb's cabin have private hot tubs!!!! Both properties hot tubs are kept open and clean.. Cleaning fees will be accessed in the amount of $ 225.00 if our cabin/cottage is not kept in fair condition. Damage to any items in cabin or cottage will be paid by guest.

Cancellation Fee: $ 65.00 administration fee for all cancelled reservations

A signed contract must be sent back to us to confirm your stay. If you do not receive a contract email within a day of your reservation request, please call or email and I will re-send it.
