Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

7 days notice for rooms booked a week in advance of your stay. If your reservation is for a room that was booked within 7 days of your stay, you have until 5pm the following day to cancel your reservation or you will be charged, unless the room is rerented. If no notification is given for cancellation or you do not make the cancellation period, you will be charged for each room you have booked and each night you have reserved. By making a reservation with the Inn, you agree to these strictly enforced terms.

-Pets are allowed in the building, in first floor rooms only. Please inquire about the rules and fees of this policy.

-There is a two night minimum on weekends for spring/summer Holidays, weekends in July and August, and for Apple Cider Century weekend (end of September).

-Cots are available in certain rooms with an extra fee. Inquire when making your reservation.

-Late arrivals have special instructions for check in and arrival. Please inquire when speaking with our innkeeper.

Our room fees are based on occupancy of two people per room. We do allow cots in some of our rooms for an extra fee. If their are more than 2 people in a room there will be an extra person fee of $20 plus a $10 cot fee per night.

Check this box if you would like a cot added to your room. There is a $10 per night cot fee which will be added to your reservation total at the time of confirmation. Not all rooms can accommodate cots.
