All cabins are non-smoking ($150 cleaning fee for violations of smoking inside the lodging) Balance due in full at time of reservation. Cancellations: When canceling a reservation, a full refund is available 30 days before arrival. Within 30 days upon arrival half refund is available. Within a week upon arrival NO refund available."
