Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies
ALL RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT. Please also note that this is NOT AN INQUIRY form, but a REQUEST form. Your request will be processed and confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Please allow us 1-2 days for this process. Keep in mind that sometimes our emails end up in the junk mail folder if you have never communicated with us, so be sure to check your junk mail folder as well. If you do not hear from us within two days, please call us. Same day reservations are not accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If any part of the reservation is cancelled, the following fee will apply; If cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is $25 per room. If cancelled between 14 days and 48 hours of arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the cancelled nights. If cancelled less than 48 hours of arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the cancelled nights. Your deposit will be refunded as applicable. Changing to another room or changing dates are considered a cancellation of the original reservation and are subject to cancellation fee.
