Reservation Policies

YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED AT THIS TIME.



A 50% deposit is required at booking and is refundable prior to 21 days of arrival date, less an administrative fee of 10% of the total cost of your stay. If cancellation is made less than 21 days prior to your booking, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. If we can re-book the lodge, we will refund your deposit, less an administrative fee of 30% of the total.
Cancellations after check-in are non-refundable.

Holiday and Foliage period rentals (Christmas - New Years, Martin Luther King Weekend, Presidents Vacation Week and Fall Foliage) are payable in full at booking and are refundable, less 20%, prior to 14 days of arrival date.
