Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies
Thank you for choosing Run of the River Inn and Refuge and Ravenwood Lodge. Please note that your reservation is not complete until you have received a confirmation email from Run of the River (email@example.com) for your requested suite and date.
Please expect a prompt email response within twenty-four business hours (8:00 am-8:00 pm pst) We assure you that all reservation requests receive a response.

Minimum Stay Requirements: A two night minimum stay is requisite for all reservations that include a Friday and/or Saturday night stay. Federally observed holidays, all weekends in October, Thanksgiving+weekend, all weekends in December and reservations falling between December 20th and January 5th, require a minimum three night booking.
One night reservations will be considered Sunday through Thursday, based on availability. Room choice is not guaranteed. Payment in full is required at the time of booking, and is non-refundable.
Ravenwood Lodge: Two night minimum required for all stays.
Please note: Leavenworth and the entire Icicle Valley is truly magical during the holiday season and should not be missed. In order to enable our staff to be with their families at this special time, we do not offer check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. We appreciate your understanding.
Deposit: A deposit equal to one half your total stay will be charged to your Visa, MasterCard or Discover at the time of booking. Your deposit and credit card will guarantee your stay.
Cancellations: We understand that situations arise which make cancellations unavoidable. However, last minute cancellations affect us significantly and are difficult to fill. **Most reservations require notice of cancellation 14 days prior to the date of arrival. *Exceptions are as follows:
** One-Night Reservations: One night reservations may be cancelled but are non-refundable.
** Federally observed holidays All reservations booked over federal holidays (including 3 day ***weekends), require notice of cancellation 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
** Oktoberfest and the Holiday Season All reservations booked for ***weekends in October, ***Thanksgiving+weekend, ***weekends in December, and reservations falling between December 20th through January 5th, require notice of cancellation 30 days prior to the date of arrival. Cancellation of October weekend, Thanksgiving+weekend or any reservation falling between December 20th through January 5th, is subject to a minimum $150.00 non-refundable service fee.
** Group reservations:60 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation of any group reservation, at any time, is subject to a minimum $50.00 per room, non-refundable service fee. Additional cancellation policies still apply. ***Weekend is defined as any reservation that includes a Friday and or Saturday night stay.
