Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

We advise all travelers to purchase travel insurance in the case of an emergency cancellation. Once full payment is received usually 6 weeks before arrival, we will refund any monies received if we can re-book your rental dates. All cancellations are subject to $50 fee.

All changes and cancellations must be made in writing by email using the Contact Form on this site and a reply back from us is needed to confirm the request.
