Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies

Deposits are required only for rental of 3 or more rooms or a stay of 3 or more nights, which require a 25% deposit (plus 9% tax) at the time the reservation is made.

For cancellations for which there was no deposit, a $20 service charge will be charged if cancellation is received at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival. The full room rate plus tax will be charged for no-shows and unfilled reserved rooms in which the cancellation was not received at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival.

For cancellations for rental of 3 or more rooms or stays of 3 or more nights received at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival, deposits will be refunded, minus a $50 service fee. If received 7-29 days before your scheduled arrival, deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation is received within 7 days of your scheduled arrival, the balance of the room cost (plus 9% tax) will be charged, unless we are able to fill the room(s) for the same number of nights.

At the innkeeper’s discretion, cancellation charges may be applied towards a future stay if booked within one year.
