Cancellation policy: You must cancel 45 days prior to arrival to be able to receive a refund of your payment less a one night admin fee plus any bank fees incurred. If cancelling within the 45 day prior to arrival, we will try to re-rent your room to give a partial refund. During 45 day period your booking is is non-refundable. If you book within 45 days of your arrival it is non-refundable. You will be charged in full at the time of your booking. We will send an invoice via Talech. If not paid in a timely manner (48 hours) the booking will be cancelled.
Pricing is based on double occupancy. If there are additional persons, the charge is US$15 plus tax for each additional person. .
Sue Casa Maximum 4 people total, Sue Casa Apartment 2 people maximum. Caye Caulker Hut 4 people maximum.
Smoking is permitted on the property, but please do so on the porch/deck and use ash trays provided.
