3 NIGHT MINIMUM FOR THE 2025 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND
MUST INCLUDE JULY 3RD
RESERVATION WILL BE NON CANCELLABLE AND NON REFUNDALBE
CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR ENTIRE RESERVATION WHEN IT IS MADE
Fires with wood or charcoal are NOT allowed.
You can use GAS grills or GAS fire rings. These are not provided. We have small GAS grills that can be rented for $20.00 for the entire stay. This includes 1 bottle of propane. Additional bottle of propane can be purchased for $5.00 each.

All Cancellations or changes MUST be done by email 14 days or more PRIOR to arrival.
All Cancellations or changes done LESS than 14 days PRIOR to arrival will result in being charged for the ENTIRE amount of the Reservation.

RV Site cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
Multiple RV site reservations will require a 30 day cancellation. Same terms as above apply.

Cabin cancellations will be refunded the deposit LESS the $50.00 cancellation fee. Same terms as above apply.

Sturgis Motorcycle Classic reservation policy is as follows:
*6 night minimum stay
*Reservation made BEFORE April 1st will be charged the first nights deposit and the remaining balance will be charged on April 1st.
*Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE if reservation is cancelled
* Reservations made AFTER April 1st are NON REFUNDABLE and the ENTIRE amount will be charged at the time the reservation is made.
*Reservations are NON CANCELLABLE, NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE after April 1st.

Multiple Unit Cancellation policy is as follows:
*We require a 30 day cancellation on 2 units reserved
*We require a 90 day cancellation on 3 or more units reserved

Family Reunions, Groups or Gatherings reservation policy is as follows:
*90 day cancellation whether the reservations are made separately or by one individual
*First nights deposit is NON REFUNDABLE if the reservation is cancelled
*If the reservation is cancelled LESS than 90 days PRIOR to arrival, you will be charged for the ENTIRE amount of the reservation

Vacation Rental reservation policy is as follows:
*90 day cancellation
*First nights deposit is required when reservation is made
*Credit card will be charged the remaining balance 90 days PRIOR to arrival
*First nights deposit is NON REFUNDABLE if reservation is cancelled
* The Vacation Rental CANNOT be used as a gathering place for reunions or groups

Room rates may vary for Holiday and the Sturgis Motorcycle Classic

2 Dog maximum in cabins. NO CATS. Additional pet charges may apply
Dogs MUST be crated if left unattended in the cabins

Reservations made LESS than 14 days PRIOR to arrival will be charged in full and are NON CANCELLABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE

Nightly rate is subject to 5.0% Resort fee and 5.7% Sales Tax
Declined credit cards will cancel the reservation
