Additional Charges:
* $30.00 extra charge plus tax per person/per night over double occupancy
* $25.00 extra charge plus tax for single night stay
* 3% electronic processing fee for all PayPal or Credit Card transactions
* Hawaii sales tax of 4.50% is added to room rate
* Hawaii lodging tax of 10.50% is added to room rate
Payment taken at time of reservation:
* 100% for holiday weeks (Easter, Thanksgiving, Merry Monarch & December 22 to Jan 1st)
* 100% for reservations within 3 weeks of stay
* 50% for all other reservations
* Balance is due upon arrival by check or cash.
Deposits:
If you enter your credit card in our secure online reservation form, we will use that card to process your deposit (there is a 3% processing fee).
Or, we need to receive your deposit through PayPal to waipiowayside@mac.com
Or, send a check within 2 weeks of your reservation. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me.
Cancellations:
* $25.00 handling fee for all cancellations
* Multiple room booking $25 cancellation fee for each room canceled.
* Up to three weeks prior to arrival your deposit will be refunded minus your cancellation fee
* With in three weeks of your reservation or holiday weeks refunds will be given only if the room(s) are re-rented
Early departures:
Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed departure date, you will be responsible
for the full amount of your booking. Unless we can re-rent your room or rooms.
