Birds Eye Room
Spacious room with queen and twin size beds. Set back from the main house. Private bath, warm pine walls with lots of light and windows, Antique furniture and great reading lights. Robes are provided along with organic bath products. This is our most private bedroom & it opens onto the lower deck & gazebo with ocean views. Perfect for honeymoon couple or quiet retreat.
Occupancy limits: 3 guests. Rates based on 2 guests.

Chinese Room
Our Chinese room is done all in blues and white. It has stunning antiques dates from 1836 to 1895. And offers the best ocean views. The bed size is a delightful double “Princess in the Pea bed"complete with stepping stool. It also has a full bath with shower/tub combination. Fluffy towels and great reading lights. Robes are provided along with organic bath products. A floor futon can be offered for a child.

Library Room
The Library room is located on the second floor . I refer to it as our "attic room" it has a queen size bed and offers ocean views. It has a reading nook, comfy reading chair and great reading lights. This is T shaped room with a toilet/sink/shower combination that partitions to the room. So if you are shy another room would be best suited for you. We can put a floor futon in this room. Robes are provided along with organic bath products.

Plantation Room
Our Plantation room is a sunny corner bedroom that has great light. Two antique double beds, one hand carved in Scotland. A full bath with a shower/tub combination, a desk and great reading lights. This room is perfect for a family of four.

Moon Room
This is our budget room with a detached private bath. It faces the front of the property and is a sunny room. It has a double bed with garden views. The bed and dressing table are also antique. It has an assortment of books and comfortable bench for reading. Robes are provided along with organic bath products.

General Notes

Additional Charges:
* $30.00 extra charge plus tax per person/per night over double occupancy
* $25.00 extra charge plus tax for single night stay
* 3% electronic processing fee for all PayPal or Credit Card transactions
* Hawaii sales tax of 4.50% is added to room rate
* Hawaii lodging tax of 10.50% is added to room rate

Payment taken at time of reservation:
* 100% for holiday weeks (Easter, Thanksgiving, Merry Monarch & December 22 to Jan 1st)
* 100% for reservations within 3 weeks of stay
* 50% for all other reservations
* Balance is due upon arrival by check or cash.

Deposits:
If you enter your credit card in our secure online reservation form, we will use that card to process your deposit (there is a 3% processing fee).
Or, we need to receive your deposit through PayPal to waipiowayside@mac.com
Or, send a check within 2 weeks of your reservation. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me.

Cancellations:
* $25.00 handling fee for all cancellations
* Multiple room booking $25 cancellation fee for each room canceled.
* Up to three weeks prior to arrival your deposit will be refunded minus your cancellation fee
* With in three weeks of your reservation or holiday weeks refunds will be given only if the room(s) are re-rented

Early departures:
Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed departure date, you will be responsible for the full amount of your booking. Unless we can re-rent your room or rooms.
