We are a B&B with a family atmosphere, we welcome children and are pet friendly.
We accept all major credit cards and cash. Your reservation will be charged in full upon booking.

Cancellations and rescheduling must be made prior to your scheduled arrival. If there is a cancellation a refund will be issued less a $20 processing fee. If you are a "No Show" on your indicated arrival date your credit card will be charged the full amount of the reservation with no refund given.

We reserve the right to change or upgrade your room to an equal or better room without notification. Pet-free rooms upon request.
Preferred Check In time is 3:00PM to 8:00PM.
Preferred Check Out time is by 11 AM to allow us to prepare for the new guest arrivals.
We are a Smoke Free Inn. Smoking / Vaping is allowed outdoors only, on our covered porches.
Well behaved Pets are allowed. Please see our Pet Policy.
We accept no responsibility for weather conditions.

Based on our location in the mountains we have found that GPS satellite software does NOT provide accurate information. Please call us for directions. Please add additional time to your travel plans. We have determined that Verizon is the cell phone carrier that works best in this area.
