Topic Overview
There are two separate MAP buttons on your display calendar. There is a "Map of All Properties" that displays all of your association members(who use the Availability Online service) on a single map. Each property is pin pointed to appear in their exact geographic location
There are also MAP buttons that appear next to each individual property listing. This map displays a more specific map showing detailed information on the property's location.
The location of the property on these maps and activation of a property MAP button is controlled by the innkeepers themselves. Instructions on how an innkeeper can change his map location or be included in the map are below.

How To
To Change a Property Location on the Map OR
To Activate a Property on the Map
(these instructions are to be given to the innkeeper)
Goto the Availability Online Administration Center Login Screen.
In the lower Administration login box type in your Administration username and password. Click the Login button. Please contact Availability Online support if you are unsure of your login information.
Click the Property Profile link.
In the General Information section enter your property's Latitude and Longitude coordinates using the coordinate-finding tools provided.
Click the Make Changes button at the bottom of the page
Click the Chart Visual Settings link from your Administration Center
Next to Map Display place a check mark in the Activate box
Click the Make Changes button at the bottom of the page
