There are 26 standard amenities that can be included in your search.  

Associations may want to add custom amenities specific to their region.  For example, Vermont lodging associations may want to add "Ski Packages Available" as a custom amenity.   Associations in Arizona may want to add "Air Conditioning in Room" as an amenity.

 

*** NOTE -- Innkeepers must activate custom amenities from their personal Administration Center to be included in search results containing custom amenities.

 

 

        How To

To Add Custom Amenities

 

Goto your Association Administration Login page

 

Enter your Association ID and Password.  If you are unsure of your login information contact your Availability Online representative.

 

Click the Amenity Settings link

 

Choose Amenities Search Colors

 

Using the Custom Chart Colors box and the color code key provided enter the hexidecimal codes to change colors of your amenities search fields.  Click the Examples link to find specific hexidecimal color codes.

 

Click the Make Changes button at the bottom of the page.
