If you are using the Standard Header display you would use the Custom Background Image option to select the background image of your choice.  Follow the instructions below to activate this.  If you are using the HTML Header display the background image of your calendar is adjusted in the HTML code.

To Change your Calendar Background Image

 

Goto your Association Administration Login page

 

Enter your Association ID and Password.  If you are unsure of your login information contact your Availability Online representative.

 

Click the Chart Visual Settings link.

 

In the Choose a Color Scheme section select Custom then click the Custom Calendar Header link found at the top of the page.  Be sure the Standard Header option is selected.  If you are using the HTML Header feature you need to adjust the background color in the HTML Code.

 

Scroll down to find the Custom Background Image section.

 

Enter the background image URL in the Image URL field provided.  Images need to be in .jpeg or .gif format only.

 

Click the Make Changes button at the bottom of the page.
