Your lodging association has the option to display several items to be used as search criteria.  For example, you can give the option for lodging guests to find properties that accept AMEX credit cards-- or you can deactivate the option to display the credit card field removing it from the search.

To Activate or Deactivate Amenities used in Searches

 

Goto your Association Administration Login page

 

Enter your Association ID and Password.  If you are unsure of your login information contact your Availability Online representative.

 

Click the Amenity Settings link

 

Choose Amenities Search Options

 

Check or Uncheck the appropriate boxes to add/remove them from your lodging associations amenities search

 

Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page
