Cancellation Policy
On cancellations made prior February 1, deposits will be fully refunded. On cancellations received after February 1, deposits will be refunded, provided the unit is re-booked, less a $50 per-week-reserved booking fee. For lodging reservations made during the “Summer Rates” period, if you cancel within 14 days from the start of your vacation, you are responsible for the remaining payment of unit reserved, unless unit is re-booked.
