Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be canceled without penalty up to 14 days before arrival (less a $20 processing fee). After 14 days an amount equal to one-night’s stay is forfeited but may be offered as a future stay credit or gift certificate valid for 12 months from issue date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival or no shows will mean any deposit is forfeited without refund or credit. Please note: for special events weekends and high traffic weekends during the summer months we enforce a no-refund policy at time of booking. This applies to all American Birkebeiner, Birchwood Bluegill Festival, 4th July weekend, Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend bookings.
